Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Update DB/RACDB job fails at initialize step with below error:

Step: Evaluate expression (Failed)

Start Date 2022.07.24 01:30:02

Completed Date 2022.07.24 01:30:05

Error occurred while trying to retrieve TDE configuration: Error getting wallet location using remote op: ERROR: sqlnet.ora file does not exist.

TDE is enabled for the RAC DB instance '<Target_Name>'.

TNS Admin location from agent is /network/admin

Sqlnet.ora file:/network/admin/sqlnet.ora
