Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager(EM) Cloud Control, while importing Admin group it fails with below error:

$ emcli import_admin_group -input_file=property_file:/u01/home/admgroup.xml
SQLException occurred while creating Admin Group Hierarchy.
Import of Admin Group Hierarchy Failed.
