Symptoms

After applying  EM 13.5 RU 8 ( Enterprise Manager, Release Update  8) patch on the agent,  many metric errors are reported on the Agent for target-related metrics as below.

<AGENT_HOME>/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log
