EM 13c: How to change/update System Infrastructure Remote Host password using EMCLI (Doc ID 2905396.1)

Goal

You want to Monitor System Infrastructure on a Remote Host and have OEM 13.5RU08 Monitoring several Exadatas ( X8s, X9s) . You need to monitoring the System Infrastructure on Remote Hosts with a Non-Root account.

You may have rediscovered some your Exadatas and it was looking good, but you had a password rotation of the named credentials and now the Targets are showing as down.

You've updated in OEM via the Enterprise Manager Command Line Interface (EMCLI) as follows :

Question: Is there a different way we are to update the credentials, or how do update password for the Access Point ?
