EM 13c : AWR Warehouse - Unable To Add New Database (Doc ID 2906987.1)

Symptoms

Add Database success message is displayed in the AWR Warehouse Dashboard page, in the Source database the schema is created and extract DBMS job is also scheduled and CAW_TRANSFER job is also scheduled in Enterprise Manager but in AWR Warehouse database there is no entry for the newly added database.

AWR Warehouse Dashboard do not show the newly added database.

In addition Disable Snapshots upload /Enable Snapshot upload is also not happening for existing Source databases.
