Symptoms
When attempting to apply the patch on agent with patch plan is failing with the below error :
The Platform ID configuration property of the Oracle home agent13c2_6_<agent_name>_6713 of the selected target <agent_name>:<port> is not present in Enterprise Manager.
Select the agent13c2_6_<agent_name>_6713 Oracle home from the All Targets page. On the home page of the Oracle home target, from the Oracle Home menu, select Configuration, then select Last Collected. From the Actions menu, click Refresh to refresh the target configuration.
Retry this step after the Oracle home target configuration is refreshed successfully. <agent_name>:3872 Agent /<agent_home>/agent_13.5.0.0.0 <agent_name>
