OMS13.5 RU 7: Core Dumps After Patch 33877829 OSS BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220219 in the process of Upgrading the JDK on OMS (Doc ID 2917200.1)

Symptoms

On : 13.5.0.0.0 version, OMS

When attempting to upgrade the JDK on the OMS using the following Note. (Doc ID 2776765.1) EM 13.5: How to Use the Latest Certified JDK 8 Update with OMS 13.5 and on the prerequisite is to apply the following patches

1. Patch 34471058 : EM 13.5 RU 07 or later
2. Patch 34653267 WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.220929
3. Patch 34566592 OWSM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220905
4. Patch 34545596 Coherence 12.2.1.4 Cumulative Patch 15 (12.2.1.4.15)
5. Patch 33639718 ADR FOR WEBLOGIC SERVER 12.2.1.4.0 CPU JUL 2022
6. Patch 33093748 FMW PLATFORM 12.2.1.4.0 SPU FOR APRCPU2021
7. Patch 34523462 OHS (NATIVE) BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220823
8. Patch 33950717 OPSS BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220311
9. Patch 33877829 OSS BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220219
10. Patch 34535558 ADF BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220825

Then after applying RU7 all the way to patch No. 9, a lot of core dumps have been generated and ran out of storage
on <oms_base>/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/instances/ohs1

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When attempting to apply the prerequisites "13 patches" and after applying the 9th patch the "OSS patches"
2. The following core dumps are get generated
