EM 13c: Temporary Tablespace Space Used (%) Reports More Than 100% On Multitenant Databases (Doc ID 2918875.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM 13c) sending alerts on 'Tablespace Space Used (%) (Temp)' is used more than 100% on multitenant databases, mostly on CDB$ROOT.
Same can be verified from OEM console.

• Open the problematic CDB$ROOT target in the OEM console.
• Navigate to 'Oracle Database' > Monitoring > All Metrics.
• Search for 'Tablespaces Full (Temp)' > 'Tablespace Space Used (%) (Temp)'.

This can also be verified from below OEM page.

• Open the problematic CDB$ROOT target in the OEM console.
• Navigate to 'Administration > Storage > Tablespaces' (DB login page will appear, if not logged in already).
