EM13c: Cannot kill session of Cluster Database PDB target (Doc ID 2923720.1)

Symptoms

EM13c: Cannot kill session of Cluster Database PDB target.

  1. Login to Cloud Control
  2. Click Targets - Database
  3. Click Cluster Database : Container - Pluggable Databases
  4. Click Performance - Blocking session
  5. Login database as <PDB user>
  6. Click kill session

  Database login for Container Database is needed in spite of PDB.
  "<PDB user>"  not exist on Container Database therefore login error and we are unable to kill session using Cloud Control.
