Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, While trying for fleet patching, after creation of gold image under Checking applicability for cluster target fails with below error:
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -checkApplicability -image_id=<Image_id> -target_list=<Cluster_name> -target_type=cluster
Checking applicability for target [cluster_name]...
Verb checkApplicability unsuccessful
Error occurred in checking applicability of the image. Please OMS logs
