Symptoms
On SQL Details page, sql statement shows garbled (corrupted) characters when
PDB character set is not same as CDB character set.
For example,
Cloud Control OMS Agent LANG=JP.UTF-8
- Target DB (CDB) Charset AL32UTF8
-- Target DB (PDB) Charset AL32UTF8 garbled character is not seen
-- Target DB (PDB) Charset JA16SJISTILDE garbled character is seen
