Each time a new target is added into OEM 13.4 the following alerts are raised:

DFW-99999 [EMGC_OMS1][oracle.sysman.si.common.jobs.cmd.AddTarget
OFM-99999 [EM.jobs][emdrep.jobs]

$EM_INSTANCE_BASE/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1.out file reports following errors:
