Symptoms

On Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.5.0.0.0 version, Console

After upgrading to OEM 13.5 and upgrading the JDK

Logging into the OEM Console getting  "An internal error has occurred. Check the log file for details." this is in both firefox and chrome browsers after clearing history
