Symptoms

OEM 13.5 RU8
Agent : 13.5 RU 8
DB version : 12.2 & 19c Container databases


PDB targets are stuck in Pending status.

getmetric pdbResponse_cdb at the agent throws "EMD getmetric error: the pdbResponse_cdb metric does not exist for oracle_database target <CDB Target Name>" error.

 

Changes

 OMS and agent  RU08 or RU09  or RU10 or RU11 were applied
