EM 13C: 'Not Upgradable Agents' page shows for some of the agent with Oracle Home Property Missing From Agent machine, run the following command from (Doc ID 2929346.1)

Symptoms

In OEM 13.5 some agents are showing the below message in the "Not Upgradable Agents" list:

<AGENT_HOSTNAME>:<AGENT_PORT>: 13.4.0.0.0    Oracle Home Property Missing    From Agent machine, run the following command from <AgentInstanceHome>/bin directory. Command: "emctl control agent runCollection <TARGET_NAME>:oracle_home oracle_home_config" Note: <TARGET_NAME> is the agent target name of target type 'oracle_home' present in <AgentInstanceHome>/sysman/emd/targets.xml.


Tried to fix it with the below command, but no improvement.
