How does Enterprise Manager Cloud Control determines or calculates or assigns a severity to 'Target Availability' events?
Can EM administrator manually decide what severity to be assigned to 'Target Availability' events/incidents? For Example, Metric Alerts like 'Tablespace Space Used (%)', EM administrator can decide the severity of events based on what values are set for critical and warning thresholds.
