EM13c: Can not create export job with same job name after the original job was deleted

Symptoms
Created an export job from EM and delete it from job activity,
after that, a new export job with same name can't be created.
Error message:

Validation Error
Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:
Job Name - A data pump job by the name specified is already in the database. Please specify a unique job name.

Database homepage -> Schema -> Database Export/Import -> Export to Export Files
