While invoking agentpatcher apply command on Enterprise Manager (EM) Agent, it hangs at EXITING METHOD: NApplyReport(OPatchPatch[] patches,OPatchNApplyOptions options) step.

The analyze succeeds.

The agent is stopped and the agentpatcher apply command is executed.

The patch was successfully applied on the agent on node1. It is hanging on the second node.
