EM 13c: Differences Between CPU Utilization Rounded Graphic and CPU Utilization Line Graphic On Target Host Home Page

Symptoms
Accessing target host home page, the CPU Utilization rounded graphic is equal to the line graphic.
The same page refreshed using the Refresh option within the page (not browser based refresh), after the next Load metric collection takes place, refreshing the page shows that the graph on top continues to show the old value. But the other graph has picked up the new value.
Opening the same page in a different tab/browse shows that both graphs have the same values.
