EM13c: Refresh Weblogic Domain Or Weblogic Domain Discovery Fails With Error - Host Target <HOSTNAME> Does Not Exist (Doc ID 2939150.1)

Symptoms

 Refresh WebLogic domain or Discovery of WebLogic domain fails while using discovery Agent whose host name doesn't match with Admin Server Host name
 Example: Admin Server is running on host2.
              Discovery agent is running on Host1.

OMS log reports below error:
