OEM 13.4 Compliance Report Output Gives Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2947145.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to generate Compliance Evaluation Report on certain databases is showing Internal Server Error message.

For other databases the report generates without errors.

Navigation :
Enterprise -> Compliance -> Dashboard -> Standards -> under Compliance Summary choose a compliance standard, Oracle 19c Database CIS V1.0.0 - Level 1- RDBMS using Traditional Auditing for Oracle Database -> Report by clicking on it is opening in another page which displays - Internal Server Error

/<INSTANCE_HOME>/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.log shows the following error message:
