Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control 13.5 when applying the Release Update (RU) Patch on Additional OMS via Rapid Platform Update or Traditional Method, it succeeded on OMS1, but failed on OMS2.
From OMSPatcher output:
