Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Post updating the JDK to latest supported update following warnings were reported in EMGC_OMS2.log file in additional OMS server logs.
Stack observed from <EM_INSTANCE_HOME>/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS2.log file:

handling the deployment service message for request id "-1" from server "EMGC_ADMINSERVER".
Exception is: "java.net.ProtocolException: EOF after reading only: '32734' of: '80995' promised bytes, out of which at least: '0' were already buffered
at weblogic.servlet.internal.PostInputStream.complain(PostInputStream.java:86)
