EM 13c: How To Configure DN Matching Between OMS and Target Database Communication? (Doc ID 2958808.1)

Goal

Is it possible to Configure DN Matching as a part of the Connection from OMS to the Target Database?
As part of a security requirement we need to verify that the Distingusih matches the Service Name when perform an SSL connection. Normally this is specified using SSL_SERVER_DN_MATCH=true in SQLPLUS for OCI or passed as a runtime parameter if using JDBC.
