EM 13c: RU Patching Filed with ORA-27102: out of memory (Doc ID 2970198.1)

In Enterprise Manager applying the RU patch on the OMS failed.

 omspatcher command session output:

Some error occurred during RCU update. Please refer individual log file(s) for details.
Log file location: <OMS_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/2023-08-24_12-12-48PM_SystemPatch_35437906_9/rcu_applypatch_original_patch_2023-08-24_12-28-40PM.log


OMSPatcher failed to execute some of the patching steps. Please check the Patching summary,individual logs and try to resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved,Please execute below command to complete patching session:
omspatcher resume

OMSPatcher wont allow any other patching operations unless the script is executed successfully

The following warnings have occurred during OPatch execution:
1) Sub-patch "34601404" skipped as it is already been applied to the "OMS" system.
Log file location: /u01/app/oracle/OMS/Middleware/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/35437906/omspatcher_2023-08-24_12-05-58PM_apply.log

Recommended actions: Please check log file(s) for failed RCU artifact action(s) and contact Oracle Support with the logs.
