Symptoms

Target database log.xml file is writing messages as below

<txt>Global Enqueue Services Deadlock detected (DID = 5_0_70). More information in file
$ORACLE_BASE/diag/rdbms/<sid>/<sid>/trace/<DB_NAME>_lmd0_156566.trc

Database target side Metric "Incident" is enabled. However, Metric "Incident" is not generated an alert even when the message is written in log.xml file
