Symptoms

Upgraded SOA (includes other Middlware stacks as well like webcenter, portal..etc) from 11g to 12c.
After this the Fusion Middleware Control fails post login.

It redirects to errorPage.jspx

Below exceptions are seen in the AdminServer logs:

 

Applied all the PSU patches including weblogic/SOA/FMW/coherence.

Upgraded JDK to the latest.

Still the issue happens and the logs are filled with exceptions of other areas as well.
