Symptoms
EM 13.4, Multi OMS environment.
Performed un-deployment of "oracle.em.sehc" plugin from EMConsole [Setup > Extensibility > Plug-ins] where it shows on the screen to check the status using emcli.
$<OMS_MW_HOME>/bin>./emcli get_plugin_deployment_status -plugin=oracle.em.sehc
