13c: Newly Installed Agent Shows Availability Evaluation Error with Message: Target data is currently being uploaded to the repository on Console. (Doc ID 2978047.1)

Symptoms

Agent is installed on the newly Migrated Repository node, the Agent is up and running state, but the EM 13c Console shows an Availability Evaluation Error.

When Clicked on Host link on Agent on Console Getting below Error:

Message :
Target data is currently being uploaded to the repository. The target will be accessible once this process is complete.

Changes

 Repository Database  was Migrated recently  to Another Node Recently.
