Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM), the Metric Extension (ME) is created to collect system timestamp whenever certain condition is met. But the collection timestamp shows duplicate data when only one timestamp is expected to be collected at any given time. The same duplicate values can be seen in SYSMAN views MGMT$METRIC_DETAILS and MGMT$METRIC_CURRENT.
