EM 13: RAC pluggable Database Home Page Shows ORA-12514 If Each Pdb Has Different Listeners (Doc ID 2984696.1)

For RAC databases if different listeners are configured per PDB and registered as LOCAL_LISTENER for the respective PDBs, the PDBs home page shows the error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor 

For instance 3 PDB's PDB1, PDB2 and PDB3 are configured with separate listeners on ports 1522, 1523 and 1524.

Preferred connection string at PDB level does not solve the problem
