Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13.5.0.0
Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS) 12.2.1.4.0

Enterprise > Provisioning and Patching > Middleware Provisioning > Create > From Weblogic Domain

When trying to create a Middleware Provisioning Profile from an existing Weblogic Domain, it fails on the 'Create Archives > Discover Domain Topology' step.
