EM Cloud Control 13.5 version runs into the following issues after applying WLS SPB <Patch 35899167> released in October 2023.

Issues:

1. "$emctl status oms" command output shows JVMD Engine is Down

3. From EM Console, accessing Enterprise > Provisioning and Patching tabs generate error (ADF_FACES-60097) shown in the following screenshot:
