Symptoms

EM Cloud Control 13.5 version runs into the following issues after applying 13.5 RU17 RU on OMS side
From EM Console, accessing Enterprise > Monitoring > Incident Manage > Click on Any Incidents or Events  error (ADF_FACES-60097) shown in the following screenshot:

Issue Use case 1:

Issue happening for only LDAP/SSO users

Error stack : <OMS_INST>/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.log
