On : 13.5.0.1.0 version, OMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Proxy in OEM, We can add a host as a target via proxy but while adding its database we got this error:

 IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection The Connect Descriptor was (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = yyyyyyy)(PORT = 1521))(CONNECT_DATA = (SID = XXXXX)))
