Symptoms

Agent 13.5 RU15 given fix for bug 33487809. Post 13.5 RU15 on agent side, gcstartup script wait for 10min to initiate agent start/stop on Single Instance High Available Nodes only where VIP is not registered on CRS resource setups.

NOTE : This issue observed in Database SIHA Setup where VIP is not registered on CRS resource

 

Changes

 Applied 13.5RU15 or Higher RU on Agent side
