Symptoms

 Resuming patch for 13c OMS fails with following error:

<OMS_HOME>/middleware/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/SystemPatch/omspatcher_<timestamp>_resume.log

EM-04041: Error occurred during Metadata registration.
