Goal

How to download the latest version of OMSPatcher when the downloaded OMSPatcher version is lower than the one displayed on the download page?

Downloading the latest version of OMSPatcher shows version 13.9.5.16.0 on the downloads page, but on clicking the Download button, it downloads older version 13.9.5.15.0.
