NOTE: This document applies only for the RU18 use case. If you run into the same issue for any other RU or patch, do not proceed further and contact Oracle Support.
While applying RU18 patch 35722730 on the 13.5 OMS, it fails during the Metadata registration phase with the error:
OMS_HOME/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/35722730/omspatcher_<timestamp>_apply.log
