Symptoms

13.5 RU15 on wards 'PDB Mode' metric has been introduced to monitor the status of PDB targets from each database instance node.
When this metric generate the alert, Subject and Message in email notification is not showing any PDB name, status of PDB and instance name from which instance PDB status is changed

Alert Message:
Pluggable Database %target% is Down (%value%) on Instance %keyValue%
