EM 13.5C: Load Metric Show Value As Zero For CMAN Target (Doc ID 2993760.1)

Symptoms

"Load" Metric it always show values 0, even the cman level has load information:

Agent side Load metric showing below :

CMAN level using below command showing Connection details
