Purpose
We have new high level design principles for the REST API design. This will have following benefits
- Better customer experience to provide clear and consistent APIs across EM.
- Consistent naming and access patterns.
Standard set of common fields, parameters, headers, response codes and error codes.
Scope
What is being deprecated
Deprecation of old format REST APIs for Fleet Maintenance for updating and upgrading supported target versions/architectures in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c. REST APIs will continue to work in new format.
