Symptoms

In EM 13.5 environment, When attempting to Run the OMS secure like below :
"emctl secure oms ... -protocol "TLSv1.2"
"emctl secure console "
"emctl secure wls"


Reverts the line WebLogicSSLVersion TLSv1_2 back to WebLogicSSLVersion TLSv1_1 TLSv1_2 in mod_wl_ohs.conf.

Before:WebLogicSSLVersion TLSv1_2

Reverts back to

After :WebLogicSSLVersion TLSv1_1 TLSv1_2
