Symptoms

Under Health Overview page (EM console > Settings > Manage Cloud Control > Health Overview", the below alert message is seen triggered in Large configured EM environment

Alert:
Config Metric Loader Backlog is increasing for the past 6 hours, current backlog is 67,051
