EM 13c: Configure Secured Communication (TCPS) Access to ASM Target From EM (Doc ID 2998842.1)

Symptoms

ASM cluster and ASM instance targets have been promoted yet showing DOWN status in EM console UI.

Go to EM console > ASM cluster > Cluster drop-down > Target Setup > Monitoring Configuration
Scroll down to the ASM1 instance in Monitoring Configuration page and performing a 'Test Connection', fails with error below:
