Symptoms

 

Error when trying to Login to Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM) console with SYSMAN user and password ,"The Username or Password is invalid."

In OEM Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5 of from emoms.trc, we found  Daylight saving time (DST)  patch issue related to repository Database (DB) .

 

Changes

 It is because of DST issue on OEM Repository Database.

Issues is seen after applying the DST patches on Management Repository Database.
