Multiple Microsoft SQL Server Metrics Data Is Not Populated In The OEM Console (Doc ID 3002217.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM)

OEM Microsoft (MS) SQL Server Plug-in for MS SQL database monitoring reports shows multiple errors.

1) Multiple Microsoft SQL Server metrics data is not populated e.g. backups, space utilization.
2) Microsoft SQL Server Database summary page is partially populated.

This is caused by a large amount of SQL Server Backups causing the metric to timeout.
