EM 13c: How to Remove Decommissioned Targets from Agent (Doc ID 3002397.1)

Goal

When deleting Target from the EM console, normally the target information on the Agent side will also be deleted together.
However, if the status of the Agent is abnormal（For example: Stopping, Unreachable） when deleting, the target information will remain on the Agent.

This article describes how to remove these targets information from the Agent.
