Symptoms

EBS is running on On-Prem and RUEI on OCI.
There is no Traffic received from on-premise to OCI over L2TP configured for RUEI EBS integration.


O&M application has been enabled and RUEI (OCI) has been integrated with EBS application for performance troubleshooting.
IPSEC tunnel has been enabled at both end with reference to Setting Up a Virtual Network TAP and L2TP Tunnel
