EM 13.5c: Updates To Monitoring Templates Did Not Reflect Until Re-Login To The OEM Console

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console - OEM, any changes or updates to any monitoring template did not reflect on saving it. The changes only appeared after logging out of the console and re-login.
For example, editing any monitoring template and updating metric thresholds or adding additional metrics or adding Metric Extension (ME) to it and save the templates. After template is saved, click to view it and the changes are not present. Now logout of the console and login again, all the changes/updates can be visible.
